Our committee is made up of parents, past and present and members of the community who all volunteer their time. We are always keen for new people to join our committee team so if you are keen to get involved, even if you do not have a child at Pre-School,please get in touch or come along to our AGM which takes place in November.
WHAT DOES THE COMMITTEE DO?
The committee meets each half term and is a great way to get to know other parents and local people. The committee is jointly responsible for the effective running of Pre-School and making decisions regarding the management of Pre-School in order to further its aims and objectives. The committee members have an overriding duty to act lawfully and in the best interests of the charity and its beneficiaries. Being a committee member is an excellent addition to your CV and could be particularly useful if you are on a career break.
