Our staff are selected very carefully, not only for their qualifications and experience, but also for their love of working with young children. We understand that continuity of care for the children is paramount and for that reason we are committed to investing in excellent staff and developing their skills.
All of our staff have a current and relevant childcare qualification. The majority of our staff have a level 3 childcare qualification. We also conduct ongoing training. We operate a Key Person system, to ensure that all children receive consistent and continual care in all aspects of their development.

Jodie – CACHE level 3 in childcare and education, Leader and Inclusion coordinator
Jenni – CACHE level 3 in childcare and education, Leader and designated person for child protection. Jenni is almost finished her Level 5 qualification.
Mandi Baird – CACHE level 3 in childcare and education, key worker
Rachel Allman – CACHE level 3 in childcare and education, key worker. Deputy designated person for child protection. .
Diane Nichol – CACHE level 2 in childcare and education, key worker.
All staff hold Paediatric first aid, Prevent Duty, British Values, Basic Child protection and level 2 food hygiene.
